After a short absence, I have decided to re-instate the News page. I had to upgrade my webpage hosting plan, since my bandwidth was over the limit of the old plan every month. The upgrade also gave me more storage space, so now I can leave less popularly used pages up without having problems.

Since my last entry I have won another two PM newspapers with double page spreads of Jack's artwork from September 30, 1940 and May 22, 1941. I am expecting those to arrive any day, and will have them up as soon as possible.

Also I have found and purchased some images of Jack's illustrations from Yachting magazines from a very helpful Ebay seller, but I missed out on one from Yachting Magazine September 1942. The seller has very kindly sent good quality scans so I can put up previews of the images onto the site. Here are thumbnails of the adverts and article - quite a collection. The first image is the one I missed out on getting.
